perform

                                               throws java.io.IOException,
                                                      javax.servlet.ServletException

Search for users that match the criteria on SearchUserForm. The results are stored on the form under "searchSimpleUserForm".

The following local Forwards are returned:
failure - if there was a problem
success - if the search was conducted successfully (though not necessarily fruitfully.)

The following error messages are returned:
error.db.connection - if there was a problem connecting to the database.
