Classes:

• StartProcessor: StartProcessor is a class for starting the importprocessor in its own thread. The class constructor takes the install path String and a delay interval String and puts them into a String array to be passed into the args String array in the constructor call to ImportProcessor. After creating a new instance of ImportProcessor, I tell the import processor where the service broker is with a call to .setServiceBroker() so the import processor can use the service broker services. Finally .go() is called to initiate the import processor scanner loop.
