Classes:

• JoltSim: Class used to simulate the Jolt presentation environment. This is used for the basic debugging of presentation screens outside of a full server environment. Currently only GET requests are supported.
• SimComms: Simulation comms objects. Reads HTTP headers from a file and can print out response. Currently does not handle streaming output.
