Deprecated Methods

org.eclipse.ui.application.IWorkbenchWindowConfigurer.getPresentationFactory()           the presentation factory is now obtained via extension point and a preference on org.eclipse.ui specifying which one to use; see IWorkbenchPreferenceConstants.PRESENTATION_FACTORY_ID
